We are a small and growing business made up of engineers and project managers located in Northern and Southern California. Our team includes engineers, program/project managers, and support staff. We have been in business since 2001 and have strong connections in the California energy field that include relationships with major utilities. QuEST was the first to develop a local government partnership with a municipality (the City of Hayward) and played a sustainability advisory role in the early days of Silicon Valley Leadership Council.
