ON-BILL FINANCING

On average, convenience and grocery stores have higher energy costs than other small businesses due to their increased use of refrigeration and lighting.  The On-Bill Financing Program offers the opportunity to substantially reduce your monthly operating expenses through installation of energy efficient equipment. 

As a grocery or convenience store owner, you are eligible to finance retrofit projects by repaying the cost of installing energy saving measures through your monthly utility bill - interest free.  The On-Bill Financing Program includes a specific list of measures designed to reduce your cost of refrigeration, cooling, and lighting.  Permanent efficiency improvements can provide long term savings for your store.







This program is funded by California utility ratepayers and administered by Southern California Edison Company under the auspices of the California Public Utilities Commission, through a contract awarded to Quantum Energy Services & Technologies, Inc. California customers who choose to participate in this program are not obligated to purchase any additional services offered by the contractor.
