Ruby on Rails Contract Developer

This is roughly a 6 month contract to assist with the development of a web-based project management application used to track participants in several energy efficiency programs. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly implement code to meet evolving data collection and reporting requirements, provide users with simple user interfaces, and confidently estimate the time needed to perform these tasks.
